I am super passionate about world change in all the brilliant forms that it is emerging and I am a facilitator for change-making conversation. We can create a meeting, a day program or 3 days that can create the change you are looking for.
Here is what I think makes a change-making conversation:
It is visionary and everyone is up for playing a bigger game– they want to stand
for something bigger and want be part of creating something bigger than
themselves. People are willing to stick their necks out and engage in something
big and bold and courageous.
Create from the Edge – there is a lust for the new – a fixation for better and new ideas, ways that enhance life everywhere. Everyone is up for creating new paradigms and realities. They
stand at the edge of what is and look out to see what can be.
Global Perspective - the world is the platform for the conversations, activities, ideas and creations. Everyone plugs into the ‘whole’and not just the self or the local to me.
It is expansive – there is a thriving outlook. When we focus on potential and possibilities and not problem; abundance not scarcity, a focus on resources rather than lack everything expands and we can generate new possibilities not seen before.
It is a radically free space. Nothing is wrong or not possible. In fact it is a unique opportunity to express freely what you see is possible or wanted with no constraints on your
imagination or sense of what is wanted. It is an opportunity to dive into the unimaginable and sense new realities or paradigms not seen before.
It is all about Winnovation - Change making conversations are all about creation – what can
we source, create, catalyse in the world. And there is an intense passion for
conscious creation – for creating what is wanted for the world – that brings a
win for you, me, them and the planet.
Its all about Creative collaboration and collective creation thrives in a change making conversations. It is all about how can we play together? What can we create here as a group ? What is the
bigger game for us all that unleashes all our passions and
ideas?
